What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the main point of contact for key clients
* Build strong, long‑term relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
* Understand client needs and deliver tailored tech solutions
* Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to contract renewal
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
* Provide expert advice on products, services and industry trends
* Troubleshoot issues and ensure exceptional post‑sales support
* Track performance metrics and forecast future opportunities
* Develop long‑term account growth strategies

* Proven background and knowledge of AV and/or Public Sector sales
