Would you like to work in a new and exciting domestic abuse team? Have you got knowledge and experience of working with victims/survivors of domestic abuse?
The purpose of the post is to work as part of the Integrated Domestic Abuse Response Team (IDART) based at Havertop Police station to provide a multi-agency risk assessment and response to victims, perpetrators and families affected by domestic abuse. The role will provide initial contact, risk assessment and support, including safety planning on a whole family basis as required. The role will include short term case holding and be responsible for identifying appropriate onward support from the right service
The post holder will work as part of a multi-agency team to provide a high-quality frontline andfirst point of contact service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering an immediate co-ordinated response.
