Job Title: Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer

Gardner Denver, a leading provider of mission-critical flow control and compression equipment, is seeking an experienced Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to join our Redditch assembly site. The role involves supporting existing production and leading new projects within our operations support department.
Responsibilities
* Define production processes for new products and change projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of tooling, methods, and documentation in line with ISO9001/IATF 16949 standards.
* Create and maintain work instructions, process flows, picklists, and routings.
* Manage change processes, including ECNs and implementation.
* Represent the plant for product change requests.
* Create specifications and source production tooling and equipment.
* Design and modify assembly area layouts using CAD.
* Reorganize assembly lines for efficiency, including process timing and line balancing.
* Implement and maintain production control systems.
* Develop and oversee Control Plans and PFMEAs.
* Source test equipment meeting engineering specifications.
* Analyze product designs to optimize assembly processes.
* Identify productivity improvements and lead related activities.
* Support resolution of production issues.
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or extensive relevant experience.
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
Travel & Work Arrangements
Primarily site-based with some travel within the UK and Europe.
