Our Business Analysis function plays a crucial role in driving our company's growth. We are committed to providing our team with the requirements, artifacts, and understanding needed to deliver quality outcomes and value for our customers. What you'll be doing
During your time with us, you will work within a development team that may include a Product Manager, an agile delivery lead, QA’s, and engineers. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, UX, and third parties to ensure that any features released to our website meet the highest standards for our customers.
You Will:
* Collaborate with users, key stakeholders, and the project team to translate business requirements into user stories for the development team to build and release.
* Work closely with Product Managers to shape the backlog of work, taking ownership of product-related queries and following through to resolution.
* Ensure the development team understands the product vision and is designing excellent features for our users.
* Participate in stand-ups and refinement sessions as needed.
* Develop detailed stories for product features to ensure clarity for the development team.
* Motivate the development team to deliver solutions with appropriate urgency.
* Coordinate with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases.
