Responsibilities
1. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and post
2. Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
4. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and reports
5. Support data entry, document preparation, and general administrative tasks
6. Monitor office supplies and place orders as required
7. Welcome visitors and provide support to guests and stakeholders
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
9. Assist with any additional administrative duties as needed
