A welcoming primary school in Bridgend is searching for a reliable caretaker to support the smooth running of their site. As a caretaker in Bridgend duties will include:
Keeping the school buildings and grounds tidy, secure, and safe
Completing routine maintenance and carrying out small repairs
Highlighting and reporting any faults or issues to senior staff
Managing site security, including opening/closing the school and alarm checks
Assisting with waste disposal, recycling, and general outdoor care
