We’re seeking a talented and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join a growing team, working across the Milton Keynes and Northampton offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE to develop their career within a supportive environment that values professional growth, flexibility, and community engagement. The Role You’ll handle a broad range of private client matters, advising clients on: Wills and estate planning Lasting Powers of Attorney Trusts (including Declarations of Trust) Court of Protection applications Probate and estate administration You’ll take client instructions, manage your own caseload under supervision, and play an active role in the development and marketing of the department.
