Key Responsibilities
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children

Requirements
* Experience working in Education / Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 1 year's experience working with children aged 0-5
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to commute to Redhill
