Your Day to Day: Manage a clinical caseload, including offender health and potential private/staff patients. Develop and expand business opportunities within the service. Work within contract-specific KPIs and report statistics to Senior Management. Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and clinical governance.
Liaise regularly with Senior Management and contribute to continuous improvement. Manage the delivery of physiotherapy services across multiple locations, if required. Maintain and report on clinical incidents, complaints, and compliments. Participate in monthly feedback and meetings with Senior Management.
