Enterprise Sales Manager – UK & Nordics

£220k-£240k OTE 50/50 Split + Benefits

A leading cybersecurity vendor specialising in network security and firewall policy management is seeking a driven Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate growth across the UK and Nordics. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role where you’ll be responsible for landing new enterprise customers and expanding our market presence through strong channel and direct sales motions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, target and secure new logo opportunities across the region.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
* Engage with C-level stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities and aligning our value proposition to their challenges in network complexity, compliance and security posture.
* Deliver compelling executive presentations and solution demonstrations with confidence and credibility.
* Collaborate closely with internal technical specialists, marketing and channel partners to maximise market impact.
* Meet and exceed revenue goals while also laying the groundwork for long-term account growth.
* Represent the business at key industry events, trade shows and regional engagements.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years experience selling enterprise software or cybersecurity solutions into large enterprise organisations across the UK and Nordics.
* Strong background in networking, firewall, security operations or related enterprise security technology.
* An established network of enterprise and channel stakeholders in the region.
* Proven track record as a hunter with consistent quota attainment and successful new business wins.
* Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work with multiple senior stakeholders.
* Confident communicator, capable of influencing at executive level and presenting to groups.
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Oracle for forecasting and pipeline management.
* Willingness to travel as required.
