Commercial Insurance Consultant
£60,000 basic + uncapped commission
A top independent UK broker is expanding and seeking experienced sales professionals to join its high-performing commercial insurance team in early Q1 and throughout 2026.
The Role
* Work from warm outbound leads generated by an internal telemarketing team
* Sell a range of commercial insurance products
* Build and grow your own client book
* Handle warm outbound sales leads provided daily by the internal telemarketing team
* Build rapport quickly and qualify prospects effectively
* Present and sell a range of commercial insurance products tailored to client needs
* Manage the full sales cycle from first call to closing the deal
* Maintain accurate client records and follow a structured, compliant sales process
* Build and grow your own client portfolio, supported year-on-year by the renewals team
* Work towards monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets
* Provide a high standard of service to help retain repeat business
* Earn 8% commission on all new business and 8% on renewals (handled by a renewals team)
* Complete your Cert CII qualification (fully funded) with a £1,000 bonus on completion
