Plasterer - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Coleraine

1. £14.35 per hour
2. Location: Coleraine
3. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm (You may also be required to provide an emergency call out service, at night and weekends, on a rota basis)
4. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
5. Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
7. Provide a plastering service and undertake a range of response maintenance and building work on the full range of Housing Executive properties.
8. Minor work outside trade where required.
What you'll need for this role:
9. Completed either time served or skills apprenticeship.
10. At least 1 years’ post apprenticeship experience including.
11. Full current driving licence or access to a form of transport.
12. A form of transport will be provided to enable the post holder to carry out their duties.
13. Flexible to provide an emergency call out service on evenings and weekends - rota basis.
14. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
