As anSEN Teacherat Snowfields Academy’s Minster Campus, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, tailored education for students with a range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and delivering engaging, personalised lessons that meet the needs of students with a variety of SEN.
* Working closely with a team of dedicated professionals to create an inclusive, supportive environment for all students.
* Supporting students to build confidence, independence, and life skills, while fostering a love of learning.
* Collaborating with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
* Contributing to the development of the Minster Campus, shaping a positive, inclusive culture from day one.

* Has experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
* Is adaptable and open to working in a range of subject areas, with the ability to tailor lessons to the individual needs of students.
