What you'll be doing
You'll support our operations, finance, and membership teams, helping to keep everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* General administration and ad hoc support to senior managers
* Managing invoices, payments, and cash transactions
* Processing supplier invoices and credit card statements
* Supporting subscription billing and member queries
* Bank reconciliations and preparing financial reports
* Administrative support for meetings, events, and executive schedules
* Assisting with external audits and keeping accurate financial records
What we're looking for
We want someone who takes pride in doing things well and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. Ideally, you'll bring:
* Experience in admin and/or finance support (bookkeeping knowledge is a plus)
* Strong IT skills, especially Excel (pivot tables and formulas are a bonus)
* Accuracy and efficiency in data entry
* Brilliant organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
* Clear and professional communication skills
Experience with QuickBooks or similar finance software would be an advantage, but training is available.
