Join our passionate Kennels Kitchen team as a Demi Chef de Partie, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our members. Reporting to the Senior Sous Chef, you’ll prepare and present simple dishes to the highest standards, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
* Managing stock movement and ordering for your section
* Completing mise en place and supporting the wider kitchen team
* Learning new skills and recipes from senior chefs
* Supporting menu development and implementation
* Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
* Assisting the restaurant kitchen during busy periods when needed
What you’ll bring:
* Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or readiness to step into the role
* A genuine passion for food and service
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A positive, proactive attitude and a sense of fun
* Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
