Administrative Assistant - The Opportunity
Due to a period of sustained organic growth, my client has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join their talented team. Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Duties include opening and processing incoming client post
* Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation (digital and paper)
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
* Assist with data entry, database updates, and maintaining accurate records
* Support onboarding and internal communication for staff
* Provide general support to management and colleagues as required
* Running internal reports to ensure deadlines are met
Required Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Experience handling phone and email enquiries professionally
* Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, or basic data entry
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
