Factory Fit-Out Technician - Flexible FMCG Site Location: Acton London Contract: 6-month contract (flexible days/nights /hours based on business needs) Always need to be able to work Fridays day and night shift Rate £20.00 - £35.00 dependant on shift and inside or outside IR35 The Opportunity: We are seeking a Factory Fit-Out Technician to provide flexible, hands-on support with factory fit-out and refurbishment projects across a busy FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) site. This role is ideal for someone with practical factory experience, who is physically fit, adaptable, and willing to take on a wide range of tasks-from site preparation and fit-out to whitewalling, flooring, sealing, and installations. You will work closely with the Site Engineering Manager and Operations Director to ensure the site is maintained, adapted, and improved efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
