EORI UK Limited has been formed to deliver critical projects to ensure smooth trade between UK and EU post Brexit. In the role of Customer Account Specialist, you will be operating as the key contact for all matters dedicated to your specified accounts. This will include overseeing and developing the operation of these accounts to ultimately build strong long-lasting, profitable customer relationships.
You will be expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully to connect not only with external clients but also varied internal stakeholders. Improving the entire customer experience will be at the forefront of what is expected from you.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
* Providing Hyper Care services to frustrated customers
* Management of required Customer mailboxes as required by Operations
* Communicate effectively and positively with all staff
* Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate and timely management of customs documents, guaranteeing solutions are delivered in line with customer needs and objectives.
* Support new customer facing colleagues to ensure excellent Customer Service Techniques are utilised.
* Monitoring service level agreements in real time to ensure they are not missed
* Build and sustain strong, effective and long-lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Act as a mediator between clients and internal stakeholders to efficiently resolve complex customs or customer related issues.
* Clearly and effectively communicate business changes as needed.
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, on a 3-week shift rotation:
7AM - 3:30PM
9AM - 5:30PM
11:30AM - 8PM
