Sales & Marketing Lead (Innovation Consultancy)
Up to £70k with bonuses
We’re working with an amazing global innovation consultancy to help them hire their first Sales & Marketing lead. With a client base that includes many of the FTSE 250 and an agile team of strategically business innovators, this is a unique opportunity for a senior commercial leader to shape the position and own commercial growth of the consultancy.
The essential requirement is having a solid knowledge of the latest market shifts, technological advancements and consumer behaviours and an understanding of corporate innovations, such as accelerators, venture collaborations and internal R&D initiatives.
The perfect candidate will also be a hands-on, proactive entrepreneur from a B2B sales background who also has skills in marketing tactics. You will need to demonstrate strategic account management skills and a background in demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
You must be able to show a clear track record in delivering over and above client expectations, naturally talented in closing large complex deals whilst simultaneously mapping prospects and lead generating.
MUST HAVES (please only apply if you have all of these);
* Min 6-10 years sales experience in a digital transformation or consultancy business
* Proven success managing long and complex sales cycles and engaging C Suite
* Deep understanding of innovation trends and corporate innovation
* Experience in corporate environments incl finance, retail, energy, technology and similar
Fantastic office space in Soho with gym and a hybrid policy 3 days in/2 from home.
