Permanent, Residential Team Leader (Full-Time) - Job Vacancy, Kendal, Cumbria (South Lakes Area)
Location:
Kendal, Cumbria, South Lakes (commutable from Windermere, Ambleside, Grange-over-Sands, Milnthorpe, Kirkby Lonsdale, Penrith, and surrounding areas).

Benefits:
* Salary: £31,600 to £33,400 per annum
* Sleep-in: £65 per sleep, approx. £3,120/year
* Contract: Full-Time (39 hours/week) or Part-Time options
* 1 sleep per week for 48 weeks a year
Duties:
* Lead and support residential care staff
* Create a safe and supportive environment for young residents
* Manage care plans, activities, and daily routines
* Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations
Criteria:
* Level 3 Children & Young People or Children's Residential Care or equivalent
* Essential: 1+ years' experience in a residential care setting
* Car Driver Required
* Successful applicants will be subject to pre-employment safeguarding checks including an enhanced DBS check.
* This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The employer may ask applicants to declare all convictions and cautions, including those which are "spent" unless protected under DBS filtering rules.
