Multiskilled Shift Engineer
Location: Evesham | Salary: £47380 - £51500 (Days) £52,000 - £56,500 (Nights) | Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off (12 hour shift)

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance on high-speed production and packing equipment.
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults (including PLCs, inverters, pneumatics).
* Collaborate with production, technical, and hygiene teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all work aligns with HACCP and site protocols.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying and delivering engineering enhancements.
About You:
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent
* Experience within FMCG/ Pharma/ Food Industry
