* Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience

The Role
As Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role within the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional standards across all areas of the operation. You will help lead, mentor, and develop the brigade while ensuring consistency, precision, and excellence in every service. This is a hands-on position within a highly ambitious kitchen with genuine Michelin-star aspirations.
Requirements
* Previous Michelin-starred experience is essential
* Current Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef in high end hospitality venues
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing kitchen teams
* Passion for fine dining and working with premium ingredients
