One of the UK's leading Facilities Management companies are looking for an established Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team on a large commercial office in Watford.
Responsibilities
* Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
* Electrical maintenance on various equipment/PAT testing
* Ownership of plant rooms, daily walk rounds
* Support and facilitate sub-contractors
* Maintain water systems and records in accordance with Legionella legislation
* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Qualifications
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical engineering (17th/18th edition)
* Experienced with AHUs/FCUs, electrical maintenance and small works
* Previous experience working in an FM environment
