What you'll be doing The Retail Catering team are responsible for the provision of food and drink throughout the retail kiosks located within the stadium concourses within Hibernian FC. We aim to provide a fast, professional, and friendly service to all customers. Check kiosk stock in accordance with stock sheet and display products in advance of gates opening Monitor food sales and manage stock distribution throughout the match Monitor service standards in order to reduce queue time and increase revenue/average spend Ensure kiosks are prepared in a timely manner for gates opening Ensure compliance of laws and regulations including Health and Safety and Food Safety Complete matchday reports and sign off all kiosk matchday paperwork Maintain a visible presence on the concourse to ensure that all requests and queries are responded to promptly and effective Assist with the training of all new staff Working Pattern: Matchdays - As & When Required Based On Business Needs What can you bring? Genuine interest in customer service excellence Supervisory experience is required Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised Previous experience within stadia catering
