The Role

As our business grows, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Administrator to join our sales team. This role will provide crucial support to the Sales Lead and Sales & Partnership Managers, ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills and a keen interest in the events and production industry.


Responsibilities

* Lead Management
o Be the first point of contact for inbound leads, ensuring each inquiry is documented, prioritised and allocated to the appropriate Sales Manager.
o Help monitor the status of ongoing opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and prospects.
o Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient management of tasks.
o Assist with the preparation of sales documents, proposals, presentations, contracts, as well as invoicing and supplier management.
o Help manage the sales pipeline in our Hubspot CRM, ensuring all client data and interactions are accurately recorded and up to date.
o Support the team in tracking client communications, organising meetings, and preparing follow-ups.
o Maintain internal sales records, reports and performance data to assist with the analysis and tracking of sales KPIs.
* Client and Team Support
o Provide support during client meetings - including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.
o Assist in responding to client inquiries and requests, helping to ensure a smooth client experience.
o Collaborate with the marketing, production and operations teams to ensure the sales team has the necessary materials and resources for pitches and meetings and that projects are handed over internally in full to achieve successful execution and the best possible client experience.


The Person

* Skills and attributes
o Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
o A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.


Nice-to-Haves

* 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administration, or co-ordination role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with Hubspot, Current RMS or Cognism is a plus) and other sales tools.
* Interest in the events industry is a plus.


Salary and Benefits

* Salary: £27,500-£30,000 (pro-rata) with opportunities for growth
