Exam support: costs, study materials, and 1 resit covered.
£500 salary increase per exam passed.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our support team and looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the very best service. This role offers excellent career progression, with full exam support and salary increases linked to qualifications.
Role Overview
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide direct support to one Financial Adviser while working closely alongside paraplanners. You will take ownership of a wide range of administrative and client-focused tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client care at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Gather detailed financial information by liaising with clients, providers, and third parties.
Conduct research and analysis across a wide range of financial contracts.
Respond promptly to client enquiries, maintaining a high standard of service.
Keep Intelliflo and other back-office systems accurate and up to date.
Prepare meeting packs, including application forms, fact finds, and illustrations.
Submit new business accurately, ensuring correct commission/fee details and documentation.
Produce client review reports and portfolio valuations for adviser meetings.
Provide ongoing administrative support to advisers and paraplanners.
Required Experience / Skills
Previous IFA administration experience (essential).
Strong proficiency with Intelliflo (essential).
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with clients and providers.
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning desirable but not essential (full exam support provided).
