Base Pay Range
Salary: £25,000 + bonus. This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position, however work‑life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
About The Role
You will be part of our inventory team ensuring that our databases containing records of holiday related inventory are fully up-to-date.
In Our Reservations System You Will
* Load and maintain records of accommodation, excursions, ski extras, car hire, and transfers.
* Load and maintain allocations, releases, restrictions and pricing rules.
* Load and maintain the setup of multi centre and tours.
* Load cost and sell prices.
* Cross check the loading with the team.
* Process corrections and changes to allow a flexible selling process.
* Work with the Product team to agree any changes to the programme.
* Liaise with Reservations/Admin for booking queries.
* Liaise with Finance for invoice cost queries.
In Our Overseas Database System You Will
* Load and maintain pre-bookable items to be reported.
* Load and maintain locally sold inventory.
* Load and maintain cost and sell prices.
Qualifications
* Methodical and numerate approach.
* Able to focus on all areas of a task using accuracy and attention to detail.
* Has experience of prioritisation and time management.
* Has excellent communication skills.
* Able to use Excel to an intermediate standard.
* Able to work under pressure and to meet brochure deadlines.
* Able to work collaboratively.
