Fixed Term Admissions Officer – Immediate Start
The Admissions Office at Brunel University of London is currently managing an exceptionally high volume of applications and is looking for several enthusiastic Fixed Term Admissions Officers to join our dynamic team with an immediate start.
Responsibilities
* Process a high volume of applications using a large university database
* Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, supportive team environment
* Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants via email and phone
* Manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload
Qualifications
Excellent communication and computing skills are essential. Experience in higher education admissions or familiarity with admissions processes is beneficial, although strong transferable skills and a positive, proactive approach are equally valuable.
Contract & Salary
Fixed term – 9 month, 12 month, or 18 month positions with opportunity for internal secondment. Salary Grade 6: £34,145 to £38,638 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting), with potential to progress to £40,757 with sustained exceptional contribution.
