Activity co-ordinator required for a small residential home in Betley.
This role is for 12 to 18 hours per week, working 10am to 4.30pm, over 2 or 3 days. Additional hours may be available as and when required, when organising events.
The position does include some weekend working on a rota basis, and hours of work may occasionally change to accommodate events in the home.
This role is to work alongside and support our existing activity co-ordinator, to compliment our current activity programme.
No experience is necessary, as we are willing to guide and support the right candidate, and offer training as required.
This position plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life and overall wellbeing of the residents within the home.
The role will suit someone who is outgoing, active, with lots of enthusiasm, and have the ability to change and adapt to the residents needs.
Good organisational skills are required, along with someone who has creative ideas and is able to create a vibrant and inclusive environment which encourages social interaction and enjoyment.
