Our partner secondary schools across Northampton are seeking supportive and motivated EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teaching Assistants to join their teams from February 2026. This is a rewarding, pupil-focused role where you'll play a vital part in helping multilingual and newly arrived students overcome language barriers, access the curriculum, and feel included in school life. You'll work closely with class teachers, EAL coordinators and pastoral teams to ensure students receive the academic and emotional support they need to thrive.
