About Us
We're building a community for creatives, solopreneurs, and builders to connect, collaborate, and succeed together. This is a space to share ideas, build projects, travel, and enjoy the journey with like-minded peers while achieving your biggest goals.
If you want to shape a community of ambitious, creative builders and be a founding member with real ownership as the network scales, this could be the role for you.
The Role
We're looking for a Founding Videographer / Editor (path to Creative Director) to own the creative vision, brand, and content for the community. You'll be a hands-on creative with strong taste and storytelling instincts, shaping how the community looks, feels, and communicates across YouTube, socials, and digital touchpoints. You'll be working with an all-star founding team (the current team have built and worked with some of the biggest brands/creators/channels in the world).
This is an early-stage, revenue-share role (part-time / flexible - likely fitting around other commitments to begin with) for someone who is excited by the prospect of building something meaningful for themselves, with the goal of growing into a full-time role as the community scales.
You will:
Own the creative direction, storytelling, and aesthetic of the community
Brainstorm, create, edit, and publish content across YouTube and social platforms
Define and maintain the community's visual identity, voice, and narrative style
Craft content that attracts the right people, inspires, and fosters connection
Work closely with the founder to align vision, positioning, and growth strategy
Experiment with formats, ideas, and approaches to grow audience, engagement, and retention
Collaborate with the broader team and media arm where relevant for support and alignment
This is a role with real ownership. You won't just be executing ideas - you'll be building a movement, and as a founding team member, benefit from the long-term growth you help drive.
Your Responsibilities
Developing and executing the creative vision for the community
Defining the visual identity, tone, and storytelling style for all channels and content
Shooting, editing, and publishing content that resonates with creatives and solopreneurs
Highlighting member stories, creative projects, and community achievements
Experimenting with content formats and engagement strategies to grow reach and retention
Collaborating closely with the founder and other team members to shape community initiatives
Building repeatable content systems and workflows to scale impact without sacrificing quality
Staying on top of trends in community-building, social storytelling, and audience engagement
Contributing to all aspects of the community experience - creative, narrative, and strategic
As an early hire, you'll have the freedom to work on any area where you believe you can add value
