Job Title: Senior Accounts Assistant Location: ST6 Stoke on Trent Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Working Hours: 9am 5pm, 1 hour lunch About the Role Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a step up in your career and AAT Level 3/4 qualified? Then we have an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation, that due to progression are seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant to join their small team of 3. You will report into the Financial Controller and support the Accounts Assistant with all accounting queries. Key Responsibilities Processing month payroll for approx. 32 salaried staff members Complete VAT returns Support with daily banking Support with sales and purchase ledger duties Liaise with suppliers and manage any enquiries Process transactions and maintain ledgers Provide general admin support when required About You The ideal candidate will have previous practical experience within a similar role and be AAT qualified. Experienced of Sage and Excel would be beneficial and someone who is numerically minded, well organised and has excellent attention to details. Why Join Us?
