Cobalt is partnering with a build to rent operator to recruit a Resident Services Leasing Associate, combining front-of-house service delivery with a strong leasing focus based in Guildford.

The role

Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering the organisation's customer service standards.
2. Conducting viewings and supporting prospective residents through the lettings journey.
3. Managing inbound leads and customer communication using Salesforce.
4. Working closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure homes are ready for letting.
5. Commencing the leasing journey, including Right to Rent checks and references.
6. Providing feedback to internal stakeholders based on customer insights.
7. Managing amenity bookings, resident enquiries, and day-to-day front-of-house activity.
