About the Job:
A vacancy has become available for a Health Care Support Worker (HCSW). The successful candidate will work as part of a nursing team responsible for providing, maintaining and coordinating a high standard of planned holistic care and nursing treatments under the indirect supervision of the nurse in charge of the hospital.
The role involves assisting patients with personal care, recording observations and completing bedside documentation. HCSWs are also required to carry out general cleaning in the clinical environment by preparing bed spaces and cleaning equipment. In each shift, HCSWs are allocated to provide care for a group of patients. Duties include personal care, serving meals and drinks, recording observations and accompanying patients for investigations.

Main duties / Responsibilities
* Assist patients to meet their personal care needs.
* Record observations and complete bedside documentation.

* Provide care for a group of patients per shift and assist with serving meals and drinks.
* Record observations and accompany patients for investigations as required.
