Your role and responsibilities As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader for Data Platforms, you drive new business opportunities and deliver CBDS Data Platform Services to clients. You play a pivotal role in expanding CBDS's market presence and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of CBDS Data Platform Services. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Develop and Implement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for assigned accounts and contribute to the development of overall company strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expansion into new industries and services. - Drive Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of CBDS solutions to clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. - Deliver Projects Successfully: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of CBDS projects, driving client satisfaction and adoption of CBDS Data Platform Services. - Expand Market Presence: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding CBDS's market presence and increasing its competitive edge. - Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Required technical and professional expertise - Deep Expertise in Data Platforms: Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering data platform services to clients, with a deep understanding of the market and industry trends. - Strategic Leadership Experience: Experience in developing and implementing strategies for assigned accounts and contributing to overall company strategy, with a focus on expanding market presence and increasing competitive edge. - Complex Sales Experience: Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively communicating the value of solutions to clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. - Project Delivery Expertise: Experience in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects, driving client satisfaction and adoption of data platform services. - Industry Expansion Knowledge: Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market presence and increasing competitive edge in various industries and services. Preferred technical and professional experience - Data Platform Industry Insights: Deep understanding of market and industry trends in data platforms, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. - Strategic Account Planning: Experience with developing and implementing strategic plans for key accounts, driving business growth and increasing market presence. - Complex Sales Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close complex sales deals, effectively communicating the value of data platform services to clients.
