Showroom Manager – Hockley, Birmingham

Joining our family as a Showroom Manager you’ll be responsible for profitability and maximisation within the showroom, co‑ordinating sales and purchasing and handling managerial problems across the full spectrum of management disciplines.
Responsibilities
* Develop business interests by interacting with customers and representatives of associated industries.
* Maintain and enhance showroom profitability by reviewing costs and modifying stock.
* Encourage superb service and ensure safety is a priority.
* Lead and develop a team, working independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
* Previous experience in showroom management or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
* Full UK Driver’s licence – required for travel around the business.
