We are responsible for providing software testing services for our internal and external clients. We work collaboratively with development, operations, and support teams across our company. We are working towards automating our manual tests as a whole team which would give you the opportunity to learn this exciting new testing field as part of your job. We also offer all new starters on the job training where you can shadow a more experienced team member to build your knowledge and confidence. Even when you are fully up and running, we do not expect you to know all the answers to the queries, we are always on hand to help. Responsibilities include: Conduct regression testing on IT Systems for scheduled releases and designated projects. Execution of tests designed by the Test Analysts, including the reporting of findings Support and maintenance for Automated Regression Testing Responsible for the development & maintenance of test data Tracking and managing the status of defects through to successful closure Identify improvements to the process and assist in their implementation. Updating and managing documentation in SharePoint To do this role well you will be: Educated to GCSE level English & Maths (or equivalent qualifications) or proven comparable work experience. Experience of working in an administrative support role within a delivery team Attention to detail; high degree of accuracy required. Experience of working in a high-volume environment Experience in test activities Experience in working with an ERP system such as Oracle, Workday, or SAP We look forward to hearing from you.
