I am working with an established Property Maintenance contractor to recruit a Planned Works Manager in Cornwall (Temporary – 3 to 6 months). Duties will include: Overseeing planned works and refurbishment projects across residential properties Managing subcontractors on-site, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget Monitoring project progress and reporting on key milestones Ensuring all works comply with current regulations, standards, and internal procedures Supporting contract delivery with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction You will need: NVQ Level 4 in a relevant trade or equivalent qualification Proven experience in a similar role within property or planned maintenance Strong contractor and site management skills Excellent knowledge of compliance and health & safety standards Budget control and project management experience Great communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and hit the ground running Driving licence (site travel may be required) In return: 3–6 month contract with potential for extension Monday to Friday working Opportunity to work with a reputable team delivering vital housing upgrades Ready to lead planned works in Cornwall?
