You’ll be based out of our state-of-the-art studio located in the heart of the beautiful Albert Dock in Liverpool overlooking the Harbour.
We are seeking a talented, fully onsite Outsource Art Coordinator to join our art team. Our ideal candidate will have strong art direction and leadership skills to be able to manage and provide detailed feedback to external art teams. They must also be an AAA experienced artist with solid environment modelling and character art skills
Requirements
1. Someone who is self-motivated, friendly, gregarious with attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best possible game experience.
2. Excellent at managing deadlines & budgets, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong character, weapon, and environment modelling skills
4. Experience using Maya
5. Experience using Unreal 4 and Unity
6. Experience using Substance
7. Experience using ZBrush Extremely quality oriented
Requirements
8. Work closely with the art teams, sharing feedback and keeping things running smoothly between internal and external teams.
9. Create clear documentation, references, and examples to help external teams understand art requirements and workflows.
10. Review incoming art assets, give constructive feedback, and make sure everything meets our quality standards before approval.
11. Be able to create high quality models, environments if required.
12. Implement approved assets into the game engine and make any necessary tweaks to ensure everything is polished and game ready.
13. To coordinate with the art team leads to schedule and track incoming assets.
