Employment Solicitor NQ – 2PQE
Location: Redditch, England
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:15 pm
Job Summary:
Our esteemed client, a prominent regional law firm with multiple offices across England, is seeking an experienced and skilled Employment Solicitor to provide guidance on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, strategic management and organisational development, redundancies, employment tribunals, and employee transfer.
Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage costs to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery
* Promote the firm to existing and new clients through proactive marketing and business development initiatives
* Respond to basic commercial and charitable enquiries
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in Employment Law or a newly qualified solicitor with relevant experience in Employment Law during their training contract
* Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of a legal office
* Proficiency in case management software
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
