Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects across multiple RIBA stages, ensuring programme, quality, and design objectives are achieved
* Manage project delivery including coordination of consultants and internal teams
* Develop design proposals and technical packages using Revit
* Act as key contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors
* Lead meetings and maintain clear communication throughout project stages
* Undertake site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum five years post Part III UK experience
* Strong knowledge across all RIBA stages with project leadership experience
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical delivery skills
* Experience in education projects advantageous
* Good understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards
* Strong communication and team leadership abilities
