We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced sales office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied administrative role, supporting both customers and internal teams. This is a position which offersthe chance to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Input customer orders using bespoke industry software
* Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer requirements
* Liaise with customers via phone and email, providing excellent service
* Coordinate with internal departments including production and transport
* Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems
* Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
* Prepare documents, reports, and general correspondence
* Support the team in improving administrative processes and office efficiency
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in previous Sales environment
* Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team
