Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with customers to understand requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes.
2. Developing High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for infrastructure, cloud, and managed services solutions.
3. Produce and maintain customer-facing artefacts, including:Service Catalogues; Design collateral (diagrams, architectures, statement of work, Bill of Materials, technical write-ups); Proposals and bid responses and Solution presentations
4. Work closely with sales, delivery, and operations teams to ensure solutions are practical and aligned to customer needs.
5. Working with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure scope, estimates, pricing assumptions, and risk positions; ensure deliverability and margin.
6. Support pre-sales activities including workshops, discovery sessions, and solution shaping.
