The role
You'll take strategic and commercial responsibility for a portfolio of key healthcare-related accounts. Acting as the senior day-to-day lead, you'll guide campaign planning, oversee execution, and ensure delivery is on time, on budget and commercially sound.
You'll work closely with creatives, digital specialists and junior account team members, setting direction, managing expectations, and maintaining high standards throughout. You'll also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities within your accounts and strengthening long-term partnerships.
What you'll be doing
Leading and developing senior client relationships as a trusted partner
Managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery
Driving account growth through proactive opportunity spotting
Taking ownership of budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
Briefing and leading internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs
Mentoring and supporting Account Managers and Account Executives
Ensuring consistency, compliance and quality across all deliverables
What you'll bring
Strong experience in a healthcare, digital or communications agency environment
Proven ability to manage large or complex accounts with confidence
Commercial awareness and comfort managing P&L responsibility
Experience across digital channels including websites, email, social, video and animation
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
A strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture
Nice to have
Healthcare or life sciences knowledge
Experience working in regulated environments
Marketing or digital qualifications
Familiarity with approval platforms and compliance processes
