We're recruiting for our client in Chandlers Ford with the recruitment of an experienced Scheduler / Planner to join their growing Mechanical & Electrical division.
If youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple schedules, this could be a fantastic next step.
What youll be doing:
??? Scheduling reactive & planned works
?? Managing engineer calendars & documentation
?? Liaising with teams, hire desk & clients
? Re-prioritising urgent/emergency jobs
? Ensuring jobs progress as expected
?? Communicating clearly & confidently throughout the day
What were looking for:
? Scheduling experience (ANY industry)
? Good working knowledge of Outlook & Excel
? Strong organisation & attention to detail
? Able to adapt quickly and handle constant change
? Confident communicator who can manage expectations
? Background in M&E / hire / construction is a bonus but not essential
