Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (higher considered for 360 experience)
Overview
We are working with a well-established legal recruitment agency in London that is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant / Junior Recruitment Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment, specialising in the legal sector.
We are open to candidates at varying levels, from those with 1+ years’ experience or strong transferable skills, through to more experienced recruiters seeking a 360 role.
The Role
* Sourcing and engaging candidates across the legal market
* Managing job adverts and candidate pipelines
* Conducting initial screening calls and coordinating interviews
* Building and maintaining relationships with candidates
* Supporting or managing the full recruitment lifecycle (depending on experience)
* Working closely with the wider team to deliver on client requirements
Requirements
* Previous experience in recruitment or a strong customer-facing background
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Interest in building a career within recruitment, ideally within the legal sector
Ideal Profile
* 1+ years’ experience within recruitment or a transferable environment
* Agency experience is beneficial (excluding direct competitors)
* Demonstrates maturity and professionalism in approach
* Motivated, resilient and keen to develop
