Engineering Manager (Permanent)
Why This Role Matters
As Engineering Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Terminal Leadership Team, delivering our engineering strategy and driving operational excellence, safety, and innovation. You’ll lead multi‑disciplinary engineering projects, optimise asset performance, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment.
You will be
* Leading and developing a high‑performing engineering team
* Managing complex projects from concept to completion
* Driving continuous improvement and reliability across terminal operations
* Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
* Collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver strategic goals
* A degree‑qualified engineer, ideally with Chartered status
* Demonstrable experience of managing a portfolio of engineering projects
* Proven leadership in regulated industries (e.g. oil & gas, chemicals, energy), preferably with COMAH regulated industry experience
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
