The London EDITION is looking for its next Casual Events Server!
We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Casual Events Server to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
As an Events Server you will:
1. Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service
2. Excel in communication and thrive on interactions
3. Serve food and beverages with passion
4. Share menu knowledge and assist with recommendations and requests
5. Accurately record transactions in the MICROS system
6. Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
Our most successful Events Server is someone who has:
7. Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role
8. Previous experience in busy luxury/lifestyle hotel
9. A passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests
10. A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
11. Enjoys working in a team
12. Lot of energy
