We're looking for someone who’s motivated and detail-oriented to join our team as our new Repairs Support Officer. The Repairs Support team is a team who support our customers with their repair enquires.
Key Responsibilities
* Play a key role to keep customers at the heart of all investigations, ensuring the process is seamless, efficient, and that customers are kept fully informed at all stages in a timely manner.
* Support all administration functions within the team.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and IT skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft software in particular Word and Excel.
* Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to varied daily tasks.
