Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Administrator located in Alderley Edge. The Payroll Administrator will handle payroll processes, administer employee benefits, ensure payroll compliance with tax regulations, and manage garnishments and other payroll-related transactions. Additional tasks may include record-keeping, audits, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company's financial operations.
Qualifications
* Experience with Payroll Administration, including managing payroll systems and processes.
* Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Proficiency in handling Garnishments and processing related deductions accurately.
* Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and related payroll integration.
* Understanding of Accounting principles and how they correlate with payroll activities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive financial data.
* Proficiency in payroll software and tools; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Prior experience in a payroll or accounting-related position is highly desirable.
